A Fusion of Cultures: South Asian Wedding at Civic Center Music Hall

This was an incredible day full of love, fashion, and rich in culture. Recently, I had the honor of capturing a beautiful South Asian fusion wedding at the historic Civic Center Music Hall in Oklahoma City. This venue has stunning architecture, is timeless, and the Hall of Mirrors was the perfect backdrop for their union.

South Asian Bridal Fashion

The bride looked absolutely radiant in her intricately embroidered white lehenga. For the evening portion, everyone changed into new attire and she stunned us all with an intricate sequin-embroidered red lehenga! I couldn't stop having her twirl with the shimmering patterns throughout each gown. The groom, equally fashionable in a classic ivory sherwani for the day and a western suit for the night. Throughout the day, guests left me in awe with each unique pattern and color.

The Civic Center Music Hall: A Timeless Venue

The Civic Center Music Hall had a variety of incredible locations and was perfect for this couples wedding day. From a spacious bridal suite to cocktail hour room, and the blank canvas of the Hall of Mirrors allowed for a seamless transition from ceremony to reception. The architecture of the building is stunning both inside and outside. As a wedding photographer, I was able to use so many of the incredible, timeless, art deco features of the building for their couples portraits.
